Not sure if this is public info as yet, but I have it on good authority that the Clem 7 tunnel in Brisbane will open on (or around), the 27th of February 2010. Drivers beware though; as (apparently) fixed speed cameras are installed on all on-ramps & off-ramp (in both directions).
