Weight progress report
Since December the 2nd, 2009 (about 12 weeks ago), I’ve been doing this fitness challenge where I’ve been trying to stick to the following 3 goals:
- Eating over 3500 calories per day
- Eating over 260 grams of protein per day
- But… at the same time, consuming less than 60 grams of ‘bad fats’ per day
Over the last 12 weeks (~84 days), I’ve reached ALL of the above three goals each day, for about 75 of the 84 days. Pretty damn good, if I do say so myself
. Bloody hard work too, haha. Some days I feel like I’m about to explode, but all good =).
Initially, the challenge was for 4 weeks, but in my last post as part of the “4 Week Fitness Challenge” I mentioned that I would continue – and the results to date have been great.
The aim of all of this has been to get my weight from 74kg up to 85kg, which is about where I want to be. If you view my workout logs from time to time, you’ll see that it’s slowly getting there… I think yesterday I was around 83.9kg. So rather than have you (or me – when I look over this in a years time
) wade through 26 or so workout logs, here’s a graph of my weight over the last 12 weeks.
