So very, very sore right now

Hi blog :) Yes, I know… it’s been ages since I last posted (even though I promised more regular posts!), but I’ve been rather busy with work that I haven’t really had time to jump on here to post something. I would write a full-on essay to keep you up to date with everything, but my arms are soooo sore after the workout I just finished, that I’m having trouble typing. I can’t even hold them up to the keyboard for much longer! The one I finished just then would have had to be one of my best workouts though. I’m very happy with it, and hope I can repeat that level from now on.

I’ve been using this new (well, it’s not really new – but I found it in the back of the pantry from a few months ago) mixer pre-workout and it’s insane. It gives you a huge energy boost that’s equivalent to like, I dunno, 6 cups of coffee or something insane like that and your whole body just… I dunno how to describe it, but yeah …it helps! As per usual, I’ve been tracking my progress (with the new set of exercises) over the past few weeks and by being able to compare my rep counts & RM percentages today with the same set of exercises a few weeks ago, wow… I am virtually doing double everything that I was last time. Although everything hurts, it’s a really good feeling. But now I have to go & shower the stink off, haha. :P
