Rather spur-of-the-moment

Last night, rather spur-of-the-moment, I went over to my brother’s place to help him setup his network at home. After that, we played some computer games, drank wine and I went to bed around midnight. This morning, he dropped me off at my friends place, as Edz, his BF, Daz and I had decided to go down to the Goldie for a spot of shopping!

We ventured down to Robina Town Centre, and basically went to lots of shops, and spent money on this that I actually wanted – as opposed to useless things I’ll never actually use (which is my usual shopping experience when I go on my own). I suppose it helps when you go shopping with a list, so I’m glad I had one! I was after some champagne flutes, and Eddy & his BF spotted some crystal ones at DJs for $7.95 (pack of two!), so I got two packs of those, I also got some linen serviettes & serviette ringlets (holders), um.. a Prince of Persia PC-game on DVD (was only $18.95 at JB HiFi) and some shot glasses and a nip pourer, plus a really cute, tiny pair of tongs hehe.

Daz and I were in the mood for something sweet… so we decided to make out in the back seat of Edz car. Haha! …but we also all stopped in at Yatala Pies for some custard and apple tarts, and I also got a Thai Chicken & Vegetable pie which I just ate for dinner. The pie was good value, but the custard & apple tarts were a bit expensive for what they were (fairly shallow tarts). After that, we drove home to Edz place, Daz & I said kissed goodbye, he grabbed his car, we blew kisses through the window and he went home for a family dinner with some rellies. Edz, his BF and I then went on to Freedom in the Valley for a bit of additional light shopping, and then they kindly drove me home.

Today was a great day – I spent less than $200, yet I got a lot of things I actually wanted to get… plus Daz was there, so of course it was a good day. today I noticed he has nice legs – very muscly. Andy likes! *giggles like a schoolgirl as if someone just said the word ‘penis’* LOL. I’m glad I will be able to spend NYE06-07 with him… he is soooo getting the biggest kiss on 01/01/07 at 00:00:01 )
