More clubbing!
Wow… what a night! I had dinner here at home (as you do
), and arrived at one of my favorite clubs (The Beat) at around 10pm… it was kinda empty, so I just sat around outside drinking and talking to friends… giving them their Christmas presents (a copy of my latest CD, called INH volume 2) By around 11, I had had a few drinks, and it was really starting to fill up.
A photographer and reporter came up and asked David, myself and James for a photo for the “Q” newspaper. Like we’d say no!!! LOL. They took the photo, grabbed our names, then I gave them one of my INH2 CD’s and wished them a merry Christmas…. hehehe!!
At around 11pm, Simon turned up.
) I had never met him in real life before, but we’d chatted online for a while and were getting on really well. We had a few drinks, talked for a while, and danced to a few songs on the packed dance floor. If anyone was watching, um… we couldn’t exactly keep our *ahem* hands off each other, but I guess that’s what happens when you get on really well with someone. LOL. I also met one of Simons’ friends, Katie. She works at PowerUp (I wont mention that she works for a competitor to where I work – hehehe), but she is soooo kool and is just the best! Hi Katie, if you’re reading this
The we finally got everyone together (I think there was 10 of us that had planned on dancing), and moved over to The Wickham for the real stuff (so to speak). I personally prefer the Wickham to The Beat, cause the music is a bit more trancy, and the lighting and FX are a lot better, but each club has it’s good and bad points.
So the lot of us danced to a whole stack of songs that we’d both heard and had never heard before. Simon and I were dancing on the pool table in front of the air conditioner, but it wasn’t until a Chinese lady tilted the vents up, that we actually got any cold air. Thanks lady
) *giggles*
Michael, Kelwyn, Simon & I all left to go to my place at around 3 or something (I can’t really remember when we left), and yeah… we had a fantastic night!
)
Woke up the next morning snuggled next to someone
~ *attempted* to sleep in (a bit hard in the heat)… it didn’t work too well, and spent most of the day downstairs in the cool reading, sleeping, chatting, playing on the computer and walked up the bloody hill (doh!) to the shops to get some more food and drinks and stuff. But spending the night, & a day, with Fox made it one of my best weekends ever. Love you bub… you mean the world to me
