Holidays (D5)
Day 5 of my holidays was mostly spent working for my own business. A new client (a care facility for children that provides a supportive, caring, Christian environment) needed some video editing work done, so that took up the bulk of my day. I did, however, also get time to watch a few more fan made Star Trek episodes, play another campaign of Red Alert 3 and completed a fairly hardcore gym session (but don’t just take my word for it; ask my arms – which still hurt this morning
). I was also able to order a few more parts for Dale’s new computer (we’re building it next week), yay!
I other news, I was also able to integrate my Twitter feed into this website (I’ve already seen two friends giggle at the fact that I’ve “succumbed” to Twitter; perhaps they didn’t take into account that I joined Twitter more than two years ago when it was still in its infancy; well before them
…oh wait, did I say that out loud? LOL)… I just haven’t had a use for it until now, because my old website couldn’t integrate with a bar of soap even if it wanted to. But I digress…
Speaking of Twitter, if you read the feed on the hompeage (or on this page) you’ll notice that I’ve been bidding on a new home gym on eBay – the good news is that I was the winning bidder, yay! Actually, I was the only bidder. LOL. But being the winner is what matters, right?
It gets delivered mid next week (hopefully before my boyfriend & I go away on our little holiday). My existing home gym (which has nothing wrong with it) is now up on eBay to be sold. I’ll wait until the day before the new one arrives before taking it apart, so that I don’t have too much down-time.
Talk soon =)
