Flux capacitor

Just a really quick on this morning cause I gotta go to work soon. You know what is really grinding my gears at the moment? People complaining about fuel pricing!! Rrrr! Get over it peoples! John Howard reckons it will never drop below $1/litre again, and I’m inclined to agree with him (for the first time ever, I might add).
You think fuel prices are bad now?? Wait till we run out of oil! That’s slated to start happening around the year 2020 / 2025 or so, when we reach peak production amounts before the bell curve goes the other way. Yes, this is in our lifetime. Yes, this is less than 20 years away. So you think it’s bad now, wait 10 years when it hits $10+/litre, then continues to get more and more expensive as the planet runs out of oil.
If you can access public transport, I reckon you should use it. Save your money for something better, and start saving up for an electric or hybrid car.

The Oil Age is Over
This is both a print book (currently out of stock) and an eBook (printable PDF file). You can order it instantly as a PDF eBook, though. It’s $11.95 US. So far, I have only read 50% of it, but it is excellent. It really puts the fast-coming oil crisis in perspective. Think you have the answer? This book will mow it down big-time. How on earth can we make cars & trucks to transport goods, tyres for our vehicles, plastics for – just about everything, computers to run the planet, fertiliser to feed our crops, chemicals to clean, and water pipes to drink from if we’re missing a vital ingredient used in the manufacturing of all of those things… oil. A very good read; highly recommended. All factual (all information sources are provided within the book).
Understanding petrol pricing in Australia
A booklet recently launched by the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission.
Over the next few weeks, you’ll also be able to find this at your local servo.
